I was playing with --ftp-port the other day and I think I've found a
bug. When I pass in a name as opposed to a IP address, if the name
doesn't resolve then my program will crash on cleanup, or when making
another request (latest libcurl). This appears to be a problem for
curl.exe too, and should be fairly easy to replicate.

The problem appears to be when clearing up the dns host cache.
