ah ok;))

This is probably the string URL-encoded in UTF-8
and this is likely the same encoded in ISO-8859-1. The character encoding
you use to input the string will determine the URL-encoded value.

does curl provide a function for me? did you write such a function? plz
paste it!

does my encoding have a special name????
