just a question, is it possible with current pipelening code to
enable/forbid pipelining for a particular site only?
currently I use a single multi for all my downloads, and if supporting HTTP
i'd like to be able from a user interface point of view to have a checkbox
per website telling "use pipelining". and i'd like to continue having a
single multi (else it would change the beautiful "multi" logic)
