According to http://www.wu-ftpd.org/man/ftpaccess.html there
is a configuration option named "deny-email" that says:
"Consider the e-mail address given as an argument as invalid"

I downloaded a copy of the sources and grepped for "deny-email",
but I don't find anywhere that "ftp" is denied by default.
