I'm not sure exactly what "BSM audit" is all about, but there was change
made to OpenSSH in the 4.0p1 release to do with it (see
http://bugzilla.mindrot.org/show_bug.cgi?id=125). What version of OpenSSH
are you running? It's probably a sporadic problem and just a coincidence
that it started now. BTW, the patch just got committed to libssh2 CVS
