Hello All,

I've jut migrated my sources from 7.15.1 to 7.16.2, and want to add
support for empty post in it(post with content-length zero). For old
version curl I did changes in http.c:add_custom_headers() function to
allow empty post in curl, which worked good.
But in the new version of curl these changes doesn't seem to be
sufficient to allow empty post.

Any inputs/pointer on this are welcome.
