Compiling libcurl with ssl using mingw

Hi,
I've been trying to configure curl with ssl under mingw without much
success. No matter what I do it refuses to find ssl.
Could someone tell me what files it is looking for and where it wants them
to be when I am doing ./configure --with-ssl?
