strequal() doesnt like NULL

Hi,
while testing with the ldap stuff I found that strequal() doesnt like when one of the passed-in string pointers is NULL, and at least on Win32 and NetWare that leads to a segfault.
Would it make sense to introduce a NULL check in strequal() ?
