I just committed my curl_easy_pause() work, that allows an application to
pause a single connection (in either or both directions), either by calling
the function or by returning the magic return code from the callback. See
http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/curl_easy_pause.html

This means that the next release version will be 7.18.0, although it won't be
a SONAME bump.

The feature freeze is still planned to start at January 13th, with the release
set for 14 days after that date.
