I'm going to defend Patrick a little bit, as another developer who
knows little about Java. Javacurl *seems* dead in relation to most
active/in-use things on Sourceforge. Also, it gets very little
mention on this list which only adds to its aura of irrelevancy.

I'm glad to see that it's not irrelevant.
