This looks like a POST with multipart/form-data content, triggered by HTML
code like <form enctype="multipart/form-data">.

The format is described in RFC 1867, but I think libcurl can build the
request body for you - have a look at
http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/curl_formadd.html
