Defining a symbol to prevent the inclusion of a third party header is
something quite widespread.
In this case there is actually very little to define in the needed
'replacement' header file. So it might not be so bad option after all.
Attached is the patch that I wrote to address this thread's problem.
Obviously it is against current repository version.
It would be interesting to know if it works for David Rosenstrauch and
his company's project.
I won't commit it to CVS unless 3 qualified positive votes are given.
PS: David's company might owe a lot of drinks to the whole project. :-))))))
