Hello all,

does libcurl support NTLMv2 authentication over HTTP? This thread:

suggests that NTLMv2 was not supported some time ago. There seem to be
authentication failures after enforcing NTLMv2 in the domain while
NTLM authentication on the same server worked before this change.
