libcurl version 7.19 : Connect Issue.

Hi,
I have tried using libcurl version 7.19 on solaris 10, however I am getting
the below error for a libcurl code while connecting to some server where as
the same code works well when compiled with libcurl 7.18.2. Does 7.19
requires some extra environment settings or what can be the issue?
* Error 0
* couldn't connect to host
* Closing connection #0
* Couldn't connect to server
