Re: libcurl, curl_easy_getinfo() with CURLINFO_FILETIME return 0 filetime when used with the "file:" protocol.

Two things:
1) you should provide patches done with diff -u instead, it makes it a lot
easier for us to receive them
2) if you tell me your name I'll give you the proper credit for this in
the changelog!
