Hi all,

I have to upload few files in the server using FTP.

Before starting this, I have to check weather the server is reachable or not
i.e i am able to connect to server or not.

I tried it but curl_easy_perform returns CURLE_OK even if it could not
connect to the server.

I have simply provided all the information and nothing to upload to check
the server connectivity.
