That's pretty close to what I need.
Would it be possible to make another file called latest with only the
first two rows?

I know I could do it by myself but I'm not very familiar with web
programming. The idea of RSS is to solve this problem as it's a common
interface and formatting is done automatically by RSS generators/readers
available for many systems (Joomla in my case).
