Hi tetest, Daniel and all,

I've just commited a very first version of the CMake scripts. They're tetest's ones, with a *PARTIAL* merge of my work. Only libcurl can be configured for the moment (I'm working on curl exe). I did not test anything regarding to SSL. And remember that they're far to be functionnal yet.

I suggest now that either tetest or anyone having interest in those scripts to start reviewing them and working on them.

To do:
- Check and list what autotools does that current CMake scripts don't
- Test with as many options combinations as possible
- Add curl exe and tests configuration
- Start working on SSL support, with the 4-5 SSL possible libs. (Maybe we should use CMake finder modules).
- And much more to come...
