Hi all

After re-installing Watt32 & Djgpp & cURL the following worked.
1. C:\curl\Make
2. Edit C:\curl\lib\makefile.dl to remove 2 lines relating to
../include/curl/curlbuild.h.dist
3.C:\curl\Make djgpp
4.C:\curl\lib\libcurl.a created.

Will start a new thread on Mingw32
