Want to use libcurl like command line tool.

I want to make the directory in the server.
In the command line tool
It works "Curl -X MKCOL xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/dav/foo".
but I don't know how to do the same thing with libcurl?
I am using libcurl from c/c++.
