I am using libcurl via the perl bindings and the multi interface to
handle multiple concurrent downloads.

I want to limit the Overall bandwidth. Setting
CURLOPT_MAX_RECV_SPEED_LARGE on the easy handle, of course, only limits
the speed of that handle. With multiple concurrent connections, the
desired bandwidth is sometimes exceeded.

Is there/is there likely to be support for limiting overall bandiwth at
the multi level?
