Now i get some code written by someone else.

there are two sentences in the xcap client module:

        curl_easy_setopt(curl_handle, CURLOPT_WRITEFUNCTION, write_function);

        curl_easy_setopt(curl_handle, CURLOPT_WRITEDATA, &buff);

  throughout the function, i can not find some sentens to allocate memery for buff.

  more strange, i find author call function to free buff.

 So what my question is that do we need to allocate memery for buff by ouerselves or curl has allocate by itself?
