uhhmm; I's suggest you try to build recent release from source; but
first start with building recent OpenSSL 0.9.8l; once you got there
(read the OpenSSL Win32 readme) then look at libcurl doc/INSTALL file, I
think it covers Borland C++ too.
We will provide to you here help as good as we can with that task, and
if you finally succeed we could also then share your results on the
download page.

BTW. what Borland C++ version do you use?
