I took a first look at your patch, but what I think is not acceptable is
that the new added files hold your copyright. This would mean that parts
of libcurl are your copyright while the rest is MIT. I think we can add
a line like 'written by Hoi-Ho Chan', but the top copyright notice must
be same as with all other files. Are you fine with this change when we
consider to add these files to libcurl?
