This must be a Debian bug. Nor libcurl-devel-7.20.1-4.fc14.x86_64.rpm
on Fedora, nor net-misc/curl-7.20.1 on Gentoo Linux has the flaw above.

How can I reproduce it with the tarball provided by upstream?
