The current test suite goes far beyond just doing unit tests and that's why it
has the requirements that it does. It doesn't have any way to just perform
unit tests that lessen the requirements.

This said, I would also say that currently we have far too few unit tests.

So, if you want to run unit tests of libcurl on Windows CE, then you're in for
some work...
