I don't think those guys are trying hard enough. If you have a vivid enough
imagination, I think you could show that the TCP/IP spec is also
infringing... If the network drops a TCP packet, the receiver can re-request
it, thereby "resuming" the transfer... I wish them luck suing the Internet,
though.
