Hello all,
this message is continuation of the

(complete removal of the GSSAPI delegation).
Attached patch replaces Kamil's patch
(http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.web.curl.library/32265) and adds
new option called CURLOPT_GSSAPI_DELEGATION.
