No problem - I must admit I wasn't sure whether to mention them or not.

The other thing I wasn't sure about was whether to use .B or \fB for
highlighting the protocol specific path sub-sections in bold. If you let me
know what the preferred choice is, I can update the document again if need
be as I've also spotted a couple of minor typo inconsistencies so I might do
an brief update later in the week.
