Right now test #46 may fail with a small CURL_MAX_WRITE_SIZE. Other
systems are failing with same error on other tests, not related with
cookies, using standard CURL_MAX_WRITE_SIZE. For me this is a libcurl
bug and should not be swept under the carpet.
