I also found this patch among Apple's bunch that seems to address a problem
where we mark a connection to get marked for closure: "no chunk, no close, no
size. Assume close to signal end".

The patch makes sure this doesn't happen for HEAD requests, and I believe that
is correct since HEAD requests never have any response body.
