on why I am still using SDK 6.1. If your main purpose is to build
libcurl as part of php_curl.dll you are stuck with that version.

See the curl part of http://x32.elijst.nl/phpinfo.php (did not install
PHP 5.4.5 there yet). This is php_curl.dll with almost all options.
Release 7.26.0. The challenge now is to get 7.27.0 compiled
WITH_SSL=static.
