I also noticed --disable-gopher was missing, and a few more bytes can be
trimmed off by editing lib/curl_setup.h to make sure USE_NTLM doesn't get
defined so that NTLM support doesn't built in.

Indeed. That can possibly remove a full megabyte or more.
