Hi, I'd like to submit my first patch for review.
I submit this one now because it is independent of the bulk of what I'm
doing, but I ran into it while trying to understand libcurl's code.

Attached 0010-Curl_single_getsock-fix-hold-pause-sock-handling.patch
The reason that it starts with 0010 is because there are 9 commits
made before this that I might submit in the future, but you can ignore
that for now ;).
