curl_easy_pause() problems

Hi,
I've reproduced same problem as described here
http://curl.haxx.se/mail/lib-2010-02/0201.html
using Boost ASIO wrapper for cURL. I'am attaching test program for
reproduction. Second problem is calling curl_easy_pause() right
after curl_multi_add_handle. This seems to be ignored at all.
