If nobody posted any additional stuff there is nothing additional. I for one
have completely missed it and have been burried in other issues.

Can you write up a recipe that doesn't need Boost ASIO just to make it easier
for us to debug/work on?

What do you need from us to debug this problem and work on improving the
situation from your end? Our support team is seriously underpowered...
