It looks like the bog standard builds are working fine, it's ones with odd SSL
libs or configure options that are failing. My size-reduced autobuilds (e.g.
http://curl.haxx.se/dev/log.cgi?id=20151016004706-10241) looks like they can
reproduce the issue (or at least one issue if there is more than one) without
any odd dependencies. Here's a backtrace from test 19:
