You probably need to contact the nuget people or the ones who made the
particular curl package for nuget (this is the first time I've heard of it!).
At https://www.nuget.org/packages/curl.redist/ I found this text:

   The owner has unlisted this package. This could mean that the package is
   deprecated or shouldn't be used anymore.

Also, curl 7.30.0 is now more than two years old.
