Need Write callback information

Hi Daniel,
Curl is providing the received data to application in write callback and
data transfer is happening in TCP .Could you please clarify me below
question ?
1. Is it providing the a complete packet to the application ?
OR
2. Is it providing the partial data(chunk) of a packet to application ?
