I posted that patch to allow others (like you) to help out and participate in
this work.

Either (ideally) you dig in and try to figure out why a window size patch
would have an affect on connection reuse or you tell us a lot more details to
allow someone else to make some clever guesses or ask follow-up questions.

The patch is *experimental*, it is not complete or done so obviously it isn't
done correctly yet. But I also don't see why it would affect how connections
are reused or not. Can you?
