Well, I am about to test build for AIX - but if I understand correctly -
SSPI - is a windows only issue, i.e., not something expected on Linux or
POSIX platforms.

If so, - it might be +1 for Windows platform. However, just curious - if
a installable package is built on Windows7 (where the error does not
happen) - does the installed version work on Windows10 as an application.

These are always "fun" issues where the "fine print" of later hosts
makes things incompatible.

The proposed change seems simple enough.

+0, POSIX/linux builds

FYI On AIX: 32-bit and 64-bit - no compiler message:

with: $ ../src/curl-7.53.0/configure --prefix=/opt
--sysconfdir=/var/curl/etc --sharedstatedir=/var/curl/com
--localstatedir=/var/curl --mandir=/usr/share/man
--infodir=/opt/share/info/curl

make check gives:

TESTDONE: 808 tests out of 810 reported OK: 99%
TESTFAIL: These test cases failed: 1139 1140
TESTDONE: 1073 tests were considered during 398 seconds.
Makefile:767: recipe for target 'quiet-test' failed
