HTTP/2 over WinSSL?

Is it possible to make libcurl use HTTP/2 over WinSSL rather than OpenSSL?

I have successfully built libcurl with openssl+nghttp2 on Windows,
which works great. However WinSSL is required to connect to servers
that require SSL certs saved in the Windows certificate manager.

Would something like this be possible, or is HTTP/2 only available
through nghttp2+openssl?
