The --ssl-reqd option was added over 3 years ago to version 7.20.0. If you had looked at the 7.19.7 documentation, you would have seen no mention of that option.

P.S. I hope "veeranam" isn't your actual password...

i got an error while using the following curl cmd in terminal and i
got an error as ssl-reqd unkown option can you give me a solution for
this
my curl cmd :
curl --url "smtps://smtp.gmail.com:465" --ssl-reqd --mail-from
"ponmudi7205_at_gmail.com --mail-rcpt "ponmudi71_at_gmail.com --upload-file
file.txt --user "ponmudi7205_at_gmail.com:veeranam" --insecure
