github.com/bradfitz/http2's integration test with curl+nghttp2 is failing because curl picks a prohibited TLS ciphersuite, which the Go server rejects, per the spec.
The HTTP/2 specification has language that restricts which TLS version and cipher suites that are accepted and curl doesn't follow the spec in that regard.
