Another bugfix release has crawled out. This release includes:
* new licensing, MPL or MIT/X
* updated man page
* FTP commands are now sent in single write()s
* removed a file descriptor leak when doing PORT ftp
* improved quote command error checks (FTP)
* misaligned free() crash removed
