Unfortunately, I didn't label up the sources before the 7.7-changes so the
latest available label is the 'curl-7_6_1' which will give you the 7.6.1
release state. Add a -r flag to the cvs checkout or update command similar
to:

  cvs co -rcurl-7_6_1 .

(and 7.7 is working now again, at least most of it)
