You don't normally use the library "in ASP", unless you somehow make a glue
layer so that you can access the library from within your ASP programs. I
don't know if that is possible or if anyone has ever made it. If you make it
possible, feel encouraged to contribute your changes/fixes/whatever back to
the project to allow others to take advantage of it.

You can of corse use libcurl to access pages using ASP though.
