Summary: bad retcode when https refused 2

Initial Comment:
Situation: Apache with modssl requiring client
authentication, curl started with valid certificate
but not accepted by Apache (issued by different CA
that Apache is not set to trust).
Curl returns no output and retcode 0.
My expectation is to get some error.

software versions:
curl 7.8 (win32) libcurl 7.8 (OpenSSL 0.9.6)
win2k proffesional SP1
