Hey

I know there has been some people in the past that were interested in setting
up curl web mirrors, or just a download mirror of the download packages, but
were a bit scared off by the somewhat complicated system to get this done.

I've recently setup a rsync server now for both these purposes, so if you
want to, you can easily get those mirrors done now. rsync is your friend.
