Curl (58) Unable to set Certificate File

From: Webmaster Office2Office <webmaster_at_office2office.biz>

I have created a PEM certificate file using

openssl pkcs12 -in secure-url.pfx -out secure-url.com

I have then tried to send a file using:

curl -k -F "fileName=@C:\file.txt" -u username:password
"https://target-url.com" -E/--cert secure-url.com:password --cert-type pem

But I get the message
Curl (58) Unable to set Certificate File (Wrong password?)

Any ideas anyone?
